The most common questions that we are asked:

How much notice is required for ordering a cake from Dec ‘O’ Cake?

We do our best to fulfil all orders that are placed at short notice although depending on existing orders we may have to decline your order if placed at less than 1 week of the required date. This applies to all cake orders.

Do you make cakes for people with special dietary requirements?

We try to meet all customers’ requests for special ingredients. If we are unable do so, we will inform you at the time of ordering.

Do you deliver all your cakes?

No. Our cakes are available for collection from our premises unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Wedding Cakes

If all your wedding cakes are individually designed does this mean I will not have anything similar to another Bride?

No. All our cakes are individually designed, but some elements may be taken from other designs if so requested by our customers.

Can you colour match my cake to the flowers/bridesmaids dresses etc?

Yes of course we can. If you provide us with a sample of the colour we will colour match your cake for you.

Do you supply Wedding Cake stands and knives?

Yes. We have an extensive range of wedding cake stands and knives. Please note there may be an additional charge for this. All stands are subject to a deposit payable at the time of ordering.

What other services do you offer?

We can also provide you with matching favours for the tables.
